Auto~Star Recognized for Outstanding Achievements

MEDICINE HAT, ALBERTA – Auto~Star Compusystems Inc. was presented with the Award of Excellence and the Economic Development Alliance Export Award at the 2010 Medicine Hat & District Chamber of Commerce Business Awards Gala on October 22nd. The awards ceremony is held each year to recognize the contributions and achievements of local businesses.
The Award of Excellence is given to the company that exemplifies the resilient spirit of Medicine Hat and has shown ongoing and consistent involvement in the local business community over the past year. Auto~Star is proud to be an active participant in the community through local business associations, volunteer and after-work charity activities, as well as numerous non-profit organizations.
Nominees for the Export Award were judged on a variety of criteria including outstanding achievement in exporting products and services, innovative market entry strategies, and increases in exports over the past three years. With the development of the reseller channel in 2001, Auto~Star now exports products throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and Australia.
