COVID-19 Update

To Our Valued Clients:

 

Amid ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus, I wanted to take this opportunity to assure you that Auto-Star Compusystems Inc. has been preparing our business for a variety of different interruptions for  many years. I want to emphasize we remain open for business and will continue to work for you under these unprecedented circumstances.

We started preparing specifically to the potential interruptions COVID-19 could cause prior to the World Health Organization (WHO) announcing that this is a pandemic.  Auto-Star has a robust continuity strategy in place designed to mitigate potential interruptions to our business, and in turn your business. We added additional precautionary measures and  we continue to modify and adapt our plans and protocols to address the safety of our staff, their families, our clients, and others that we work with.

Our office remains open and there are no changes to our continued development and support services to our clients. Should the need arise, our team are able to work remotely thanks to the diligent work of our business continuity team and the  continuous upgrades to our IT infrastructure.

To limit the potential impact of COVID-19, we have adopted the recommendation from our federal government and immediately halted all international travel by our employees and put further restrictions on travel that we will review on a case by case basis. In addition, we have mandated isolation for any employee who is showing or feeling symptoms.   We will continue to keep you apprised of any changes (or potential changes) to the delivery of our services.
